ROCKY HAVEN: Mark and Laura were outstanding hosts. Their property was not only beautiful and spotless, but also equipped with everything we could possibly need. We truly enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, and ending our evenings around the campfire, and wished we could spend more time at the house. Mark was exceptionally responsive, quickly replying to messages and calls whenever we had a question. He provided clear, detailed instructions for arrival, our stay, and checkout, which made everything seamless. COZY HAVEN: Above and beyond all the pictures and descriptions! This was our second time staying in cozy haven and it was even better than the first time. The house is immaculate, the property is gorgeous and the lake is clear and refreshing! We enjoyed taking the kayaks out as well as fishing and swimming in Toddy Pond, we enjoyed a campfire and roasted s’mores one evening then enjoying phenomenal stars out at the dock. Less than an hour to Acadia, but we only spent one day there as this property is so gorgeous and accessible! Our hosts have thought of everything from extra towels to youth life jackets on property; it was so easy to arrive and start relaxing! Very clear instructions for the house and everything is labeled so it’s easy to find. Kids are already asking when we can go back! TODDY HAVEN: We had such a great time at Toddy Haven! The lake is a beautiful spot to rest after a long day of hiking- and the sunsets are pretty awesome, too. It’s a place of zen, reflection and peace. Mark was so helpful with local suggestions for dining, sight seeing & hiking. The town of Ellsworth is about 15 minutes away & a little gem- def worth visiting. We toasted the end of our stay with a fire pit along the lakes edge just after sunset. We have a whole house generator – so we never lose power. In those cases, avoid running the microwave & dryer. The wifi may be affected during outages. Unfortunately, animals are not allowed on our properties due to a family member's severe asthma.

LAKEFRONT VACATION HOMES
Many people come for the first time with a focus on visiting Acadia National Park; and for good reason. It is one of the most visited national parks in the continental United States. But once they get a taste of our slice of paradise amongst the evergreens, they come back the next year to just enjoy the lake and other coastal gems.
From each of our 3 Havens you can experience the sun setting over the lake while listening to loons call, enjoy cooking fresh Maine lobster and blueberry pie in a full kitchen or grilling in the open air - all after getting one's fill of kayaking, canoeing and jumping off our our dock into the cool clean waters of our beautiful 8 mile lake for a swim.
